One24 Review: A New and Unique Network Marketing Company - Business - MLM

During August 2010, One24 joined the network marketing party as a company centered on health and wellness. They have one product Natraburst, which is a food blend of more than thirty natural and healthy ingredients. As a result, you get a plentiful supply of vitamins, enzymes, proteins, and antioxidants. Since none of the vitamins and enzymes are artificially added it's actually considered a food by the FDA, rather than a diet supplement. A serving is equal to one scoop of NatraBurst which you add to a beverage of your choice. One of these scoops is said to equal more than six servings of fruits and vegetables!Behind One24 is Mark Seyforth. He is an inventor and businessman who has achieved amazing successes in the network marketing business and as a CEO. Mark invented what is considered the first weight-loss shake in the mid 70's, "Slender Now" and created the company Seyforth Labortories to distribute this product. After three years time, there were 160,000 distributors for Seyforth Labortories that had generated over $100 million dollars in sales. He's also had a great influence on the Network Marketing industry as a creator of compensation plans for different businesses. The most notable comp plan he created was for industry giant Herbalife.

Mark Seyforth is at it again with One24. He created both the product and a unique compensation plan that he believes will greatly benefit the company's distributors. It was named One24 because Mark says that if you recruit one member for the next 24 months you'll change your financial future. Mark came up with a unique plan in an attempt to help new distributors so they would not get discouraged. The drop-out rate in network marketing companies can be quite high because newer inexperienced members don't see results right away, get disappointed, and move on.

One of Mark's ideas to fight high attrition was the formulation of One24's "Silver Bonus Pools". Sixteen percent of the company's total monthly sales go into two bonus pools. Half of it is distributed amongst newer active members. The new distributors get a increasing percentage of this until their fourth month in the company. The other 8% is a performance-based bonus on how well your overall team is doing. It's structured in a way that any member can benefit by how well the people above them are performing. These two pools ensure that new distributors get some income from the moment they become an active member. This is something that you will not find anywhere else and should decrease attrition for One24.

.If you wish to become a distributor, you apply and are placed on the waiting list of your sponsor. You then secure your spot by placing a $60 order for the NatraBurst product (a 30-day supply). When your position opens up you'll receive 24 "green tickets". These tickets are what's needed to convert people off of your waiting list into active members. That's where the waiting list comes in there is only one recruit allowed per month, per distributor, unless some fellow One24 distributors do not use one of their "green tickets", in which you would be allowed to sponsor more than one.

Most of the money to be made in One24 is in the "Green Income". The Green Income is based on all the people you personally refer plus all the people they refer. Mark posted a scenario when an individual referred three people in his first three months and stopped after that. The three referred did the same, and so on. After a period of eighteen months with this exponential growth occuring, that first member who only recruited three members, was making 100K a month. Of course, this scenario would only be possible if every recruited member referred three members. With the high number of people in this equation, this scenerio may not be plausible, although it gives you an idea of how it important it is for One24 members to recruit dedicated individuals who will recruit one person each and every month. This is even more important since you are limited to the amount of people you can add a month. Referrals are valuable so you don't want to spend your time recruiting duds!

Mark made a three minute video on how to grow and sponsor people into One24. His recruitment technique is simple. Hand out business cards with your web address on them to your One24 website. I am somewhat surprised that he did not bring up the Internet, where there are thousands of people searching online for a home-based opportunity just like this. Why not attract them to your website using online marketing techniques so you don't have to wander around strip malls handing out business cards? I believe it's essential to find the people actively searching for business opportunities since these individuals will likely take One24 more seriously than a random person you meet off the streets.
