A Network Marketing Recruiting System So Simple That Even A Caveman Can Do it. - Internet

If I were to ask you to identify one area of network marketing that you disliked doing, you would probably identify recruiting new prospects to join your business. And if I were to press the issue even further and ask people who left your business why they left, I would bet the vast majority of them would blame the recruiting function.

Most of us hate trying to get others to join our business. We are not alone as a matter of fact 85% of all network marketers hate the recruiting process. The other 15% are the sales people and they love the challenge of making a sale (i.e. recruiting new representatives).

The traditional network marketing formula is simple: make a list > call the list > show the presentation. For a few network marketers who followed this simple system, it worked at helping them build large organizations. But for the vast majority of us this system doomed our business. First of all when we made the phone calls and received rejection after rejection from friends, family and acquaintances. And, secondly, if they agreed to see our presentation we did not fare much better.

Been there. Done that. Right?

This vicious rejection system continues right through today. Perhaps it is what your upline is teaching you to do right now. They may as well be telling you to "Go directly to Network Marketing Failure. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200."

Why anyone would preach a gospel of traditional network marketing in the current internet age is beyond me. Online recruiting can be used to not only build your business but your team members can be taught this same method which will lead to their becoming more successful and not leaving your business.
